And, like all the best classic designs, the mid-size bookcase is a piece you'll love to live with: it has the headroom for your can't-bear-to-part-with LPs and functional lever-arch files; it's strong enough for hardbacks as well as paperbacks; capacious enough for DVDs and CDs, and still has space on top for a cluster of candles or photos of loved ones. Proudly handcrafted for Myakka by a north Indian supplier we've been trading fairly with since 2001 – our two companies have grown up together! Balanced in design, this bookcase has four fixed shelves.

Domestic Distribution deliver our furniture orders and offer either a one-man or two-man delivery service depending on the weight of the item. They will carry each item into the room of your choice. Deliveries are Monday to Friday between
9am-5pm and the delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for your delivery. Please ensure you provide a telephone number when you checkout to avoid delays in delivery.

Before you order, please remember to check whether the furniture you want will physically fit in your home! We'd urge you to get the measure of doors, narrow halls and stairways or awkward access routes before you order larger items. Our delivery teams do a sterling job but if it won't fit, they won't force it!

All our dimensions are in centimetres and in the order: Width x Depth x Height. Because our furniture is handmade, measurements may vary by up to 2cm either way. If your space is very tight, then please contact us right after ordering and ask us to measure the actual item we'll be sending to you.

Wax your furniture occasionally with Mylands Wax which helps to protect it. We recommend Mylands Antique Mahogany Wax for our sheesham collections (Mallani, Thakat, and Hathi) which will not only help protect it, but it will also develop and deepen the lustre of the grain.
